OneStop Financial Solutions was established in 2016 by director Matt Willoughby. Since then, we have grown our team and range of services. In 2021, we rebranded from Matt Willoughby Limited to OneStop Financial Solutions, establishing the goal of providing our clients with a ‘One Stop’ solution for any financial need. Whether you are a first home buyer, a seasoned investor, or need financial advice for your retirement, our team can help.
Our key mission is pretty simple, to take a holistic approach and encompass all of our financial services to take our clients on a full financial journey and help them achieve their goals. We take the time to understand you or your business, where you are at currently and where you ultimately want to head and tailor our advice and support to help you get there. Financial Adviser & Director
Matt Willoughby is a Financial Adviser and the Managing Director of OneStop Financial Solutions. Matt joined the Financial Services industry in 2013, working with a top Auckland Financial Services Firm and learning the ropes from a team of experienced advisers. In 2016 he started his own venture and Matt Willoughby Limited came to fruition. Fast forward to 2020 and Matt Willoughby Limited was rebranded to OneStop Financial Solutions, to encompass the broad range of services and growing team of experts in a range of different areas.
Matt has extensive experience and a deep understanding of all things mortgage, insurance, ACC, KiwiSaver and property investment, being an investor himself. Best of all he has a huge passion for helping people get ahead and achieve more.
Outside of work Matt is a doting husband and father to his wife Midi and children Madelyn and Asher. He is also a big car enthusiast and enjoys spending time on the track.
Mortgage Support Specialist
Aldrin is a versatile professional with a background in economics. With a degree in Economics, he possesses a strong understanding of financial systems. He was a Technical Support Representative for almost 3 years where he demonstrated excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Among numerous tasks, he is also serving as a Mortgage Support Specialist. Drin is responsible for the first stage of the mortgage process bringing meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure efficient operations; and assisting Matt in delivering the great turnaround times that we have become known for. Aldrin’s well-rounded interests and creativity contribute to his innovative approach in all endeavors.
During his leisure time, alone or with his loved ones, Drin is probably watching movies, reading good books, manga, or manhwa, listening to music, or playing mobile games. Drin’s adventurous spirit leads him to explore new and exciting destinations, seeking out cool places, cafes, and restaurants to enrich his experiences.
Insurance & Office Support
Erica began her professional journey as a Loans Processor for Mortgage Loans, but her curiosity led her to explore the world of insurance, which aligns with her career path. Currently, she serves as the Insurance & Office Support member of the team, responsible for managing insurance applications, processing claims, handling phone calls and emails, and providing general office assistance related to insurance matters. Erica is dedicated to delivering efficient and dependable support to both clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Erica finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Jal. She indulges in her love for movies & music, enjoys staycations, and is always eager to embark on culinary adventures by trying out new foods and exploring different restaurants.
Mortgage Adviser
As a dedicated Mortgage Advisor, my passion lies in empowering first-time home-buyers and property investors to make informed, confident financial decisions. With a nationwide focus, I specialise in offering clear, jargon-free mortgage advice tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
I believe that securing the right mortgage should be a transparent, straightforward process—whether you’re buying your first home or expanding your property portfolio. My goal is to simplify complex financial concepts, helping clients navigate the intricacies of mortgage lending and property investment with ease.
What sets me apart is my emphasis on education and collaboration. I work alongside a team of professionals from various industries (accountants, lawyers, plumbers, electricians etc) to provide a holistic approach to property ownership. This allows me to guide clients through every stage of their home-buying or investment journey, ensuring they have the support they need beyond just the financial aspect.
